Can I use it outside?

Yes. Our signs are available in indoor and outdoor versions. Choose outdoor if the sign will be exposed to the weather.

Do I need a computer to change the message?

No. Everything is done from the free app on your phone (iPhone or Android). You can change the message as often as you like.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive in 3–5 working days by tracked courier. Delivery is £7.99 for standard signs and £19.99 for 163cm and 195cm signs.

Which size should I choose?

For most shop windows, 99cm is the best starting point. Go bigger if your window is wide or customers will read it from across the street. Not sure? Send us a photo and we'll make you a free mockup.

What if my sign arrives faulty or damaged?

Contact us within 30 days and we'll refund, repair or replace it. See our returns policy for full details.
