Changed your mind? (consumers)
If you bought as a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email at info@uk-signs.com or on 07800 808838, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories.
- You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back. We may reduce the refund if the item has been used or damaged beyond what is needed to check it.
- This does not apply to items made to your own specification, for example a sign built to a custom size or pre-programmed with your own artwork. Standard sizes and colours chosen from our website can be returned.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your sign arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, repair or replacement, whichever you prefer. After 30 days, we will repair or replace it, and if that is not possible, we will refund you. We cover the return postage. This does not affect your legal rights.
Business customers
If you buy for your business, the 14-day change-of-mind right above does not apply. Faulty or wrong items are still repaired, replaced or refunded as above.
How to return
Email info@uk-signs.com with your order number, and a photo if the item is faulty. We will reply with the return address and next steps.
