14 days returns policy if you are unhappy with the product or if faulty. 14 days from day of purchase. refund issued upon receiving item, must be in same condition as received.

Please note that custom-made products are non-refundable as they are uniquely designed and produced to your specific requirements this includes the LED scrolling signs.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work to resolve the issue by offering a repair or replacement. with very high priority.
